All orders are shipped USPS with tracking.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please Call Us at (561) 408-3174 or email us at kendall@coastalkidsbeachwear.com to rectify the issue immediately.
We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for RETURNS. We are unable to issue a refund to the original method of payment.
All items must be in the condition you received them - unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in resell-able condition. We are unable to accept returns on any personalized and/or monogrammed items, special order and/or custom items, final sale items, items that have become damaged due to normal wear and tear, and any shipping charges incurred.
**All Holiday and Seasonal merchandise is FINAL SALE. Not Refundable or Exchangeable**
If you wish to return your clothing item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, based on USPS tracking. After 14 days we are unable to authorize a return.
If you wish to return an accessory item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, based on USPS tracking. After 7 days we are unable to authorize a return.
